Purchased the “Better” ($18) soft touch wash. Poor result…. Drivers side and windshield had brush marks like a ‘whip’ pattern and the center area of tailgate and the running boards did not get cleaned. Passenger side looked pretty good. Overall - No significant advantage over the result at the car wash at Finish Line on Main Street that is half the price!

I can't believe it's been over 2 years since me and my husband have membership here! We are still happy with the services (Best Wash). I know there are occasionally inconveniences with long lines, sometimes closed bays, broken system, shorter drying time, but these are not reasons to bash a business, those things are fixable, everything breaks at some point and needs fixing, just have some patience and be understanding. Even more absurd, I see the complaints coming from the ones that are using $10 and $12 services 🤣. I post... read more
