Buyer beware: the “soft touch” wash at their other location on Alaskan did this to my truck and they refused to take responsibility.
Great time Great simple easy do it yourself equipment
Use cash for self service. Pre-authorized charge amounts on cards aren't corrected. Last time I used a card the charge was just under the pre-authorized amount of $22 even though it was ~6 minutes of wash time (and definitely made sure to hit the stop charges button)
