My experience with this van rental company was underwhelming and somewhat frustrating, though not entirely negative. There were a few things that went smoothly, but overall, I was disappointed with several key aspects of the rental. To start, communication leading up to the trip was lacking. I was told they would contact me the day before departure to confirm the exact pickup location, as they operate out of two different spots. I had the most wonderful experience with this company and these people. I cannot recommend them enough. The pickup and drop off were very easy and the support during our trip was absolutely amazing. We took the van we rented from Denver to San Francisco and visited tons of national parks during our trip. The size of the van was ideal for this, not too big, not too small. Van came stocked with everything needed for a fantastic camping trip in the van. Boyd was extremely helpful and prompt when answering all of my questions prior to our trip. Would 100% recommend this company for a van rental for your next trip.
We had a good experience with RMC. They were informative and helpful giving lots of suggestions and advice on areas to camp and what to see. Obviously we got the tour of the camper which was great and easy to understand. We had the keys and bags loaded and were off on the road in about 40 minutes! Great way to see Colorado. Being October we had the choice of camping places too which was great!
We had a blast cruising around in the VW van. Boyd the owner is the best! He had great tips on where to travel and places to go. Also we got a flat tire.. total random thing because the tires were basically new, Boyd had road side service out to us in 10 mins and we were back to our adventure! Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
