RMBS, not too happy with their service We have a 4 yr contract with them for an imageRunner machine. They are all sweetness and light before the sale but it is very difficult to service afterwards. I have continuing problems with booklet printing, incorrect text colors (a weird problem), correctly centered printing, etc. Some of these things are print driver problems, others are unknown.
