Ken Chaffin is a very nice man but did not deliver on his promise to replace a Norman blind that he installed that we immediately discovered had a dent in the head rail. We paid in full trusting Ken would keep to his promise to return to install the replacement blind. Norman shipped the replacement immediately but Ken refused to return to install as the problem was "just cosmetic" and indicated it would be several months. Ultimately he shipped the replacement blind to us but we had to replace the unit ourselves.
Ken did a great job. He installed the new blinds and they look awesome. He also cleaned and restrung my old blinds and they look like new! He did a fantastic job. Super friendly, easy to work with. I highly recommend buying blinds from Rocky Mountain Blinds.
