Very unprofessional staff. Filled out all my son’s required paperwork quickly so that we could get him on the schedule for an evaluation. I understand that evaluations can be scheduled 9 months away or more. This is understandable. What is not ok is continually having to contact the administrative staff for communication. I waited 2 weeks to get a response after being asked to fill out paperwork as well as already having my pediatrician fill out a referral. The entire staff was extremely helpful with not only diagnosing my sons condition, but also treating it. I would highly recommend this office if you are in need good quality neurological care!

Put on a waitlist for "6-9" months yet never got a callback; called multiple times and emailed, and never heard back.

Avoid this place like the plague. They have incompetent people working here who only exist for profits. They don't actually care about your mental health.

Extremely unprofessional customer service, and service all around. Sat on a "waiting list" for THREE MONTHS for a test panel for ADHD only to be told three months into waiting that they couldn't accept my insurance. Mind you, I gave them my insurance information before I could be put on the waiting list.
