Always pleasant and helpful
Great customer service. Recieved a gift card for opening an account.
So I think there is still a discrepancy with the address reading as the old bank still because I noticed one of the reviews they're talking about Rocky Mountain Bank. I was surprised to see such a low rating for Western Security Bank but I believe that's still associated with the bank that was in the building they moved to. Western Security Bank has always been phenomenal!!
Beth was easy to work with and very pleasant throughout the entire process.
