Always does great work!
They’ve helped me in the past with an old car’s heat shield, and they’re generally affordable, but this time they really dropped the ball for me. I brought in my current car because it was making a severe, high-pitched noise. I was told there was basically nothing wrong with it and that if the noise got worse, I should bring it back. The noise didn’t get worse, but when I later went in for an oil change elsewhere, they had to refill my transmission fluid, which immediately made the noise go away. I had just moved to a new area looking for a reputable mechanic. I had been having problems with my van before I even moved here Rick was so kind to have me come in without an appointment and troubleshoot it it took 2 days but I haven't had a problem since I am so grateful to have a mechanic I can trust.
