Emily is great
Dr. Sanders is my audiologist. She is clearly highly educated, very articulate....knows her stuff! AND is very empathetic and warm. It can be destabilizing knowing that your hearing is failing. She has consistently taken as much time as I need to discuss my concerns, fears and to set me up with my hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr. Sanders!
Horrible customer service and front desk staff. Rude. Have had multiple issues with them dealing with billing refunds after they overbilled. When I called to request a refund months after the appointment for over paying I was told they'd get to it when they'd get to it, that they were too busy to process those with everything else they had going on. Additionally short and rude staff to deal with when trying to work through scheduling issues. They don't seem to care about their patients, at least those that answer the phone, ... read more
