Dr. E. Sanders was very helpful and understanding of my concerns. She clearly explained each procedure. She provided an explanation of the results and how the results affected me. We discussed possible corrective actions. I sincerely appreciate her help.
Absolute scam. Walked in understanding the various lifestyle issues that impact tinnitus and had already tried making lifestyle changes to no avail. Doctor recommended hearing aids to help with tinnitus. Despite having a specific model in mind, Rocky Mountain Audiology insisted on another model for demo. When there was no improvement, the doctor’s feedback was a shrug and claim that there are no guarantees treatments will work, followed by a recitation of the same lifestyle changes we walked in already knowing.
