RecommendedI can't believe that the reviews are 2.7? I have been using them for years and have had nothing but a great experience! Even returning items is easy. Most of the time I am blown away by how fast I get my products. I'm in So Cal and sometimes I get my Items in two days.
I had a $63.64 credit on my RM Cash account balance - placed an order for $82.18 using the credit for $63.64 to be applied to this purchase. When I checked my bank account the full $82.18 had been deducted from my account instead of the $18.54 ($82.18-$63.64 credit) . I called RM ATV and talked to customer service to remedy this - they refused. Really - you give me 'RM Cash' for my loyalty but don't let me use it?
I have bought off of Rocky Mountain ATV several times before, without any issue. This time was the first time I ever had to return something, however. They sent me the wrong battery for my ATV. It had the wrong terminals on it. I spoke with customer service, and they told me it shouldn't be a problem, but that I had to send them some pictures for their warranty tech to review. worthless waste of my time, i ordered mounted tires, they sent it in partial shipment cause they didnt have the rims, customer service blamed me, had no answer but demanded to be treated as a professional. most unprofessional thing i have heard, made it all about him...i still have rimless tires...rot in hell, rockymountainatv

Yea..... about Rocky Mountain ATV...... My husband has spent thousands of dollars over the years being a customer. For his birthday my aunt wanted to get him a 150.00 Gift card. We ordered online and received a message to call. Due to their security protocol they could not process until verified. We were using a credit card not a bank card and do not do on line banking. recived my windsheild friday the 7th opened box and had parts missing.ive made contact 5 times to try an fix the issue to be told they would have warranty dept. contact me next day,this has still yet to happen at this point I just want my money back
