My understanding is this facility has a lot of complaints against it. Also, an employee made a false statement saying a neighbor had a knife and was charging the employees with it. Dispatch stated there is a man in the lobby of the facilty with a knife. In turn JEREMIAH AXTELL could have been killed when Ketamine was used on him by first FIRE DEPARTMENT. Do not take your loved ones here. The house staff is good but management in home and higher are not. They do not support their staff. Been there 3 yrs and watched it go downhill where I'm afraid for her while I'm here, how am I supposed to travel if I don't trust them and I'm 5 miles away.
Very glad that my mom is in this fscility. They are close to my home and very committed to her well being. Highly recommend.
