Billing is a complete joke. Randomly received a bill from a debt collector over a year after my wife's delivery. Our out-of-pocket maximum had already been reached so we should not have owed anything. We first spoke with our insurance where they suspect RMA coded the bill wrong. Ruptured my epidural. Still experiencing problems with it a year later. Somehow we “missed” the bills and are now in collections. And there is no record that they messed up my anesthesia per their billing dept. Because apparently we’d be billed more for a consultation after they messed it up since that makes sense. I’d stay far far away from here at all costs.

Impossible to pay your bill, the website doesn't work after it takes all of your personal information, and the folks on the phone pretend their computers are down if you call. The anesthesiologist that "helped" me, Curtis Neilson (I think), administered a drug to "make me forget", while I cried and begged him not to. Congratulations, Curtis. Delivered at Ogden Regional. Called shortly after receiving my bill to set up payments. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The rep. Was very hard to understand, argued with me about what insurance I had, threatened to send me to collections if I didn’t pay in full during the call. I requested to speak with a manger and was told no. I hung up very frustrated and did not make a payment. Worst experience of my life!!!! I think I would rather give birth naturally than have to deal with their billing ever again! I finally got to pay my bill, after 7, SEVEN, months! I called weekly, and every person working there is as incompetent as the next. They tried sending me to collections for all of their mistakes. It has been months since my insurance paid them and yet, after 4 months the insurance payment is still “processing!”
