Booked a food sensitivity test through lifelabs more than 2 months ago and my doctor has not received any results from this company. The only thing the form is saying is that the test was referred and under a separate cover. My doctors office and I have called this place multiple times with no information on the test. I paid over $300 with no information on what is going on. This company is a scam

Sent off a kit that was difficult and time-consuming to collect. A month later they notified the whole kit was discarded as they re-focused on Covid during the pandemic. Testing was suspended temporarily, but they never retested and they never refunded my 250 dollars to me. Worse than useless and costly, with no tests every done.

I can’t believe their procedures. I wasted time and money on a test kit, only to have them reject it cause they’re saying my name wasn’t on the label. There was NO spot to put the name. There were lines to put in the type of same, the time of collection, etc. And also, you have to send in your requisition form anyway – which has your name and other information on it! Had a few tests done by RMA, great customer support with questions i had. Overall a great experience.
