My friend and I just got finished with two back to back unguided rentals and we had an awesome experience. We got lucky with amazing conditions, fresh powder, and a bluebird day on day two. We rented the RMK 850s and the extra power was super fun. The ability to play around in deep powder is a totally different experience than traditional trail sleds. Our guide Sam was great! This was our first time on sleds and Sam made sure we understood how to operate the machines safely and led us on a fantastic tour up to the Continental Divide at Cottonwood Pass and then on some trails through the Timber.
Absolutely the best experience ever! Adam was awesome! Definitely recommend for a first time experience and will be back to do the tour again!
I rented the Timber Sled. I've ridden street bikes for 40 years and occasional rides on a snow mobile. I was a little apprehensive, fear of the unknown, I guess. But John Ballard was awesome. He did an excellent job explaining the differences in feel and maneuverability and what to expect under different conditions. It was an awesome experience and a lot of fun. Thanks JB.
Professional and Safe!!!! This rental team know what they are doing. They have access to a safe and easy cat track trail that leads you to perfect open meadows for a fun filled day! They took the time to explain how to use their machines and what to do in emergencies. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from RMAR. Thanks!
