Horrible customer service and workmanship. Avoid at all costs, doing business with this company has been horribly detrimental to my small business.
The estimator came out of his truck with a negative attitude. Don't offer to do estimates if you're going to have an attitude from the jump.
I just read the review by B about a month ago and thought I had written it. They installed a 2 unit gate system and then when I needed help fixing some broken arms they just led me on and stopped coming out. Then they even tried to sell me a new gate opener because they said a part was bad and could not be replaced. If I were you I would look for another company. Not to mention the gate system they sold me was discontinued after 2 years.
This company did the initial installation and the original work was done efficiently. However repeated calls for service over the same problem have left us with the feeling that we are unable to get repairs done on the units that were installed and under warranty. Will likely look at alternative companies for future service and new installations.
I contacted this company 3 times - left voice mails requesting quote for my home security gate project. I got one salesman on the phone - he said he would drive by my property but never got back to me after a few weeks. I guess they don't want any more business and don't have time for new customers. I'd stay away from this company based upon my experience.
