Sent out very knowable people and the installers were great. I had the gates and they made them work perfectly. Called the next day and got great customer service from Kerry the salesman. Professional people all the way around.

They installed a 15' one piece gate about 5 years ago and it has been great. They have helped with troubleshooting some common issues and Sent a technician to tighten things up. Great company.
For my residential install, Rocky Mountain Access Controls provided very competitive pricing, and a great overall product (cantilever gate with automated closure). I'm glad I went with their services, and they did a great job of informing me on the progress of the fabrication and installation throughout the process. Everything from getting the quote to training of the gate was a very simple process with them.
Horrible customer service and workmanship. Avoid at all costs, doing business with this company has been horribly detrimental to my small business.
