Had a bad, and expensive experience, trying to order a part for my tractor. After much confusion trying to point out the correct part on the computer screen, the employee still ordered the wrong part. They charged me a $20.00 “restocking fee” for a $53.00 part!
Mr. Blankenship, I just paid a $45.00 inspection fee for my Stihl chainsaw which needed repairs. AFTER being told when I dropped it off, there was NOT a charge to have it looked at. I'm not to sure about your business practices??
