Excellent experience. Great staff. Home instead senior care nurse recommended Rocky Mount health and rehab after father in law had knee injury. They did a great job.
Ive never been here, so I know nothing of the quality of care, however I do know, they never answer the phone. I have been trying to call them for weeks multiple times per day
I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The entire team is incredibly helpful, caring, and compassionate, especially when it comes to supporting the senior community. The nursing staff is outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Rocky Mount Health and Rehab is wonderful to work with and provides great patient care. I’ve had the privilege of working with this facility through ACG Hospice and I can’t say enough good things about them. The facility is clean, the staff are wonderful and our patients are happy! Highly recommend!
