Receptionists have zero patience and talk to people like they're children. Making people fill the waiting room just to get a prescription refill seems pretty dumb. It's not like this is standard across the board, either. Doctors in Sylvan Lake will do phone calls for non-urgent matters. All about the money in Rocky!
Love The new building so easy for people with disability
Been trying to make an appointment with my family dr since April. They said it would be easier if I had a family dr, rather than just any dr. to make an appointment. What a joke. Every time I'm told try again, better luck next time. It's nice to see that's what our healthcare has been reduced to. Try again. Lol
Dr. Popoola needs to NOT be a doctor! In all my life I have never met a person with such little care for other people's health and mental stability, as a doctor you would think helping people is priority to you. Not with THIS doctor, all she wants is her big paycheck and for all her patients to be walking pharmacies. Completely disgusted with how she disregards all of my families health concerns and her lack of getting things done in a timely manner. But the new Clinic sure is nice..
My 80 year old friend was trying to get a appointment with her Dr. She was given 2 dates to phone in For August 19th or 20th for the following upcoming month of September. She did as told and phoned on the 19 th with no luck as nobody answered the call. She tried all day with no luck. So then she went in to the clinic to try to book a appointment, only to find out that there's no availability for a appointment.
