I will definitely say they are not friendly on the phone and I'm a high risk patient with heart and lungs severe high blood pressure half going blind in my right eye and they've been waiting to take my gallbladder for 2 years I just called to make an appointment and I still have to. wait one month and I'm in severe pain right now and the receptionist they're very Curt they're almost to the point of rude.... Uncaring reception overbooking no follow up and no urgency or wanting to help bin waiting over a year to find out what’s going on with me and can’t even get an apt for 2 months. The biggest problem here is the reception team they are cold callous uncaring unwilling to help arrogant ignorant and unqualified would also best describe the reception team
I have have used this medical clinic personally for over 20 years. Definitely one of the better experiences as I've visited a lot of clinics as an emergency responder. The doctors are very accommodating considering the very high volume of patients that insist on immediate attention instead of preventative health care. Contrary to some reviews the booking staff have always been happy and accommodating considering how busy they are. It's best to go in to make an appointment so you don't become another voice on the phone.
I pay tens of thousands of dollars a year in taxes and these Muppets charge me for a hospital visit. Tell me to call bc and figure it out. I work 7 days a week. Glad you guys have weekends off and benefits. You really deserve it. You are heroes.
