My doctor at this clinic is absolutely amazing; knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about their patients. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the care I receive. That said, the front desk experience is a whole other story. The women answering the phones are consistently rude, careless, dismissive, and give off an attitude that makes calling in feel like a chore or a confrontation. This place doesn't even deserve this star.
Personally, it's very unjust and rude to charge someone for a missed appointment. This appointment gets made so far in advance! YEARS I have spent at this clinic - IN THE WAITING ROOM! Not once have I ever complained. How about paying me back all the time and money first and then ask if I'll be back to support that. Nope. No thanks. I was born there, don't want to die there !
They only book 5 weeks out in advance, constantly booked right full apparently.
