My doctor at this clinic is absolutely amazing; knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about their patients. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the care I receive. That said, the front desk experience is a whole other story. The women answering the phones are consistently rude, careless, dismissive, and give off an attitude that makes calling in feel like a chore or a confrontation.
