I had my second cataract surgery last month. Dr McAdams was as professional and excellent as he was when he did my first cataract a few years prior. The difference I noticed this time had to do with his staff. I realize that he performs many cataract surgeries a day, or once a week, I don’t know the order, but what I do know is that although the staff may be preparing his 20th patient that morning, to the patient it is their first, and the patient may be pretty nervous.
