I'm a Spanish speaker and went to make an appointment, but the service was very rude. I have private insurance and never asked for a translator; I only tried with my limited English, and the response was very impolite. They said they didn't have any Spanish speakers there and couldn't help me. I was extremely surprised, as I just wanted an appointment.
very rude front desk, i work at another dental office and i asked for Xrays and the lady huffed and puff and then hung up in the middle of my sentence.
It would not be possible to capture all the phenomenal things about Dr Lo and this practice. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM!! There was a mix up on my children’s appointment time today and they both got there 15 minutes late. Instead of rescheduling they still accepted both of my daughters, which was appreciated however both children where done in 25 mins. Like what? How is that even possible? My daughters were not happy with their regular cleaning today so I decided to express my feelings and disappointment on the sloppy job they did today.
