Called Rockhampton Harely Davidson at short notice from Townsville chasing a part which Townsville or Mackay Harely didn’t have, but Rockhampton did. I was riding down to Sunshine Coast the next day and called in, the staff had the part waiting for me and even fitted it free as I had no tools on my bike. Great bunch of guys who went out of their way to help me, I highly recommend the business.
Great customer service and saved me a few $$! Always a smiling face to greet me when I walk in the door!
Popped into your store today.. the most disappointing aspect of your service was that your sales representative over quoted prices on bikes - given your website indicates thousands less … we fully understood what we might have purchased…
Decided going through rocky harley davidson for my first HD and dealt with Justin 10/10 easy bloke to talk to and nothing was a problem happily help me with anything I asked would definitely go through him again cheers mate
Have not been back since they lost my fob. Didn't care told me it's not a big deal they have lots. They said they would get back to me. Got it from police station was found in street. Lucky someone was honest. What trailer I only have the bike. You rang me and told me you lost it and I had to bring spare to collect it
