Overall, our new home is functional. However, within a year several of the electrical outlets stopped working. There are areas of drywall that were never painted. There are chips in the granite kitchen island. Several pieces of the flooring have popped or come loose. We’ve also had issues with the toilets they installed, requiring plumbers. And the cabinets began to fall apart after a few months. After 1 year, Rocky Gorge and their contractors refuse to stand by their work and fix issues.
My daughter and her family live in these beautiful homes!!
