The house was built doing COVID-19 the house is not well built cheap paint cheap wood floors no type of customer service just about the money doors can't take rain water come in they still trying to fix they use old wood for framing no sanding the wood just not worth the money wish we didn't buy here thought they would be better than Ryan not at all think before u buy in Grambril view floors not leveled etc just a piece of junk and no way out
I have the worst experience with this company, they do not follow through with their warranty, they are unresponsive, do not care about their customers but only the money that they are making. I bought a renovated house at their Willow Bend location in Frederick Maryland on August 31, 2017. We were told there was a 90 day walk through warranty so that any outstanding repairs could be fixed.
