Amazing vet and Dr. Lane is the best!
Had to use emergency services for possible foreign object ingestion. Dr Johnson and staff were able to induce vomiting. This saved me from another obstruction surgery. Well done!
Welcoming atmosphere & friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff throughout the facility. The Veterinarians here are very caring, capable professionals; taking time to answer questions and provide thorough & clear direction when prescribing treatments for one's pet. I would highly recommend RGAH to anyone looking for a Veterinary Facility that offers a wide & full range of routine and specialized pet care.
Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. I brought my cat in for an emergency, and the doctor was very thorough—ordering bloodwork and carefully explaining the results in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling reassured that my cat was going to be okay and with a much better understanding of what to expect as my cat ages. An excellent facility that I highly recommend.
I had scheduled an appointment for my cat, and the office called back to see about getting him in sooner. We were able to get him a same-day sick visit and he was well taken care of! All the staff at Rocky Gorge are lovely and I recommend this place to everyone.
