I can’t say enough good things about this practice. They are wonderful to work with and bend over backwards to help.
I went in to get treatment for a sore throat (which turned out to be strep), and the whole place was empty. There wasn’t any cars and the doors were locked. It was at 12:30 on a Wednesday. They had no signs up to indicate a closure of any form. They have their business hours posted on the door but it doesn’t seem to be accurate.
Not naming anyone, but I complained about my back pain (Another doctor told me I had a crooked spine) and this particular doctor I was seeing that day told me to simply just, "stand up straighter". She's also the same person who told me that I'm too young to have depression. I was 17 at the time. I also told her that my anxiety was becoming too hard to handle, and she told me that I'm just a teenager and that I'd grow out of it. I'm 20 now and it's worse than it used to be. Dr. Mitchell is best doctor I've ever had. She treats me for my fibromyalgia and also helped me get my medical marijuana card and had no issue when I brought it up. She's very to the point and quick and is helping me alot with my pain which is disabling for me. I can barely move every single day nor walk anymore but atleast the pain is much better.
