I was disappointed with the receptionist’s behavior. She was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which reflects poorly on the business. I expected better from a place under new ownership.
Rude receptionist. Told us "You Heather patients should know she sets appointments out 2 months." We don't even see Heather, we see Chamberlain. This place was so much more professional when Dr. Doug was there. At least then the kids they hired weren't so disrespectful.
Front desk very rude
Awesome people that strive to keep you healthy. Staff literally goes above and beyond to help your matter. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I definitely recommend Radiant Health Care to all my family and friends. Thank you all so much for the last 10 years of excellent health care service.
