The work was complete. The staff was inappropriate. Negativity and constant flirting with staff members. Lots of time on there phone. The job would of been done faster I am sure without the technician constant engaging with male staff and her phone.

DKI / Rocky Cross has provided absolutely amazing service throughout an ongoing restoration after a flood event that compromised my entire mobile home. To have our basement flood was devastating. Your company was quick to respond. Which made us very happy. Annalise and team showed up promptly and talked with us and made us feel at ease. However it seemed as time went on. Lots of breaks. Seemed to be on phone alot. At one point I was in my backyard . All I could here is texting calling what seemed to be another employee trashing the day and flirting with each other. Would expect more from a company that is there for people in such a emotional situation

Worst ever company it’s been a year and still waiting for my home to be fixed . Every time I send email for update . We are waiting for material we are waiting for our subcontractors. I don’t know how the rest of contractor getting their material done in few days .
