Vivimos en Rocky Creek Village por espacio de casi seis años. Es una comunidad muy tranquila y con precio de arrendamiento muy competitivo para el área, así como por las amenidades y servicios incluidos. Lázaro, Angélica y el personal de mantenimiento son muy amables y siempre se esmeran en dar una buena atención a los residentes. Gracias por habernos aceptado en la comunidad y las atenciones prestadas durante estos años!!!
I love the fact that it is an all adult community. It is not perfect but you are in the heart of Town n Country and all the stores are near by. I love my little cozy 1bd/1ba and for $1,100.00 with everything included how can you go wrong. If you are saving to buy a house I really recommend you apply here you will not regret it. Besides I have my opinion and you have yours but common sense should tell you that this is a steal and bargain.
Rocky Creek is a great place to live. I live on a side street so there is no traffic and it is quiet and peaceful. The mature landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance is on top of everything. Every time I have a situation requiring immediate attention, I simply email the office and place a phone call. My needs are met immediately and I couldn’t be happier about that. I recommend Rocky Creek Village if you are looking for nice neighbors and a nice place to live.
I have been living here for a year, and I absolutely love this place. Angelica is always kind, responsive, and quick to help whenever any issues come up, making everything so much easier. With how expensive rent has become these days, I really appreciate that my rent includes electricity, so I only have one bill to pay each month. It makes budgeting much simpler. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
If you care about your family-dont send them here. Theres ants and the tap water smells like rotten eggs,whatever the owners are doing with this place it’s solely for profit,they up the rent until you get bled dry this is honestly sad that people live in this crappy place and the owners have the nerve to call it a home,it used to be so lively and now there’s mold on the toilets. What happened to this being a safe haven for the old folk??? There was people who used to clean the houses and take care of them!!
