I have been going to see Dr. MCMULLEN and her staff for years and I must say that they are all wonderful !
Came in sick as a dog. No one was even in the waiting room. They turned me away and said they do not accept walk-ins. This office use to be good, now it appears they don't care about the patient.
The staff at Rocky Creek Family Medicine are professional, kind, and truly dedicated to patient care. Hilary Spears, FNP, is a provider who takes the time to listen attentively and offers thoughtful medical advice without rushing appointments. Her nurse is incredibly sweet and personable, making every visit more enjoyable. Additionally, their phlebotomist is both skilled and compassionate, ensuring a comfortable experience. Overall, a wonderful team that provides excellent care!
I’ve seen Hillary twice now and she’s made me feel so comfortable and heard, she takes the time to listen to my concerns and finds the best solution. She’s very kind and professional. I feel very confident that I’ve finally found an office that I can trust and that truly cares about their patients. I’ve recommended so many people already. Thank you Hillary! (:
