I’ve been to rocky creek a few times, however this visit was the worse and my last. I tried speaking with some form of a manager to address the issues however I was told there wouldn’t be one available for some weeks. I was given a number to HR however the extension given was incorrect as well. I was there for a physical and was told rudely that no other concerns could be addressed during my visit. I visited this office to obtain my medical records after multiple calls over two weeks. The process was frustrating and disorganized from start to finish. I was repeatedly put on hold, calls were dropped, and I was given conflicting information about how to access my records. I was told the records could not be emailed and that I would need to pick up printed copies, even though I only needed a specific document. By far the worst. In 2021. I went for bowel issues and instead of diving deeper. I was told it was IBS. It ended up being rectal cancer. I’m getting a new family care. They used to be great and i loved Hilary Spears but the care and service have fallen off really bad over the last few years. I visited back in December or January and no one called me to go over my blood work results even though i was told that someone would. When i reached out on the portal the response was rather rude. I have been a patient at Rocky Creek for about 8 years. I currently see Hillary Spears, FNP for all my medical needs - wellness Ck, diabetes Ck & bloodwork, mental health, and any other issues or illnesses. She is knowledgeable on current medical practices and takes time to answer all my questions and concerns.

I’ve been going to another doctor for 20 years and they started holding my lab slips and hormone treatments hostage until I had a mammogram, and sonogram, and my yearly exam which they had scheduled two months out all in separate appointments. They couldn’t explain why, NO was the answer. Not here! They were very respectful of my time and my needs and treated my appointment with urgency.
