The two bedroom cabin was a great way to get away from busy life for a weekend and enjoy the outdoors! A perfect place to stay when tubing nearby or just to relax. The place was tidy, pet friendly, and had a nice quiet area to grill and have a fire
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabins. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and we were comfortable. The cabins are immaculate. Great place to stay if you’re planning to float!
!!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you’re white and over the age of 40 you can probably stay here without any issues. Our stay, a group of 8 (mixed race), was met with prejudice and what felt like a “big brother” complex, constantly being watched through our stay? Creepy… After we cleaned up in the morning, and left, the operator of this property sent us threats of a 500$ FINE, with absolutely 0 backing! She already charged a 150$ cleaning fee. Beautiful space, great cabin, wonderful location, Theresa (The owner/host) not so great. After giving her a 4 star review on VRBO, she decided to send an angry message to myself in regard to said review, stating that she gave me a 5 star review and that she deserved the same. She has some serious attitude and doesn't seem to understand how customer service works. It's unfortunate, because we planned on coming back until this turn of events.
Secluded cozy cabins on a private road. Meticulously cleaned and maintained. Very close to popular floating and river activities. The town of bourbon is close and has plenty of small town amenities.
