Their is no follow through here by management. Questions get ignored and not answered. Ive never seen a place that has grills in the middle of a courtyard close to the apartments and next to a playground area. Dangerous and unsafe. Your also not even designated one parking spot when you rent here. Management doesnt monitor anything that goes on here whatsoever. They will also jack up your rent here after your first year. These are pretty nice apartments but parking is limited and nobody seems to pick up after their animals. Do your research before renting.
This is the worst complex in the world. Management is never here. You can leave 18 messages asking them to call you back, They do not call back. It took them 7 months to fix a window that leeks water when raining. (window isn’t in square) it still leeks. The parking lot is the worst. There is a no visitor parking rule however they don’t enforce it so Disabled tenants are having to park on the street because of visitors and other tenets are parking in Disabled parking spaces without state issued permit.
