We have just had our kitchen redone by Rockwood Kitchens and could not have been happier with their service and the results. Our designer Julia from the Pickering showroom was a pleasure to work with. Julia was always extremely helpful and professional. We made a few design changes along the way, and she was able to update the design and send it back to us quickly. The cabinets were delivered on time and our cabinet installer Damian was amazing. Your coordination and fast responses with my husband, Rob were first rate. My parents are so happy with how well the kitchen turned out. We are very pleased with the service that we received from RockWood Kitchens right from the design stage to the final product. Our design consultant, Rylee, was an emmense help in planning a new design for our kitchen. We made at least 4 trips back to the showroom to ask questions and make changes in addition to numerous phone calls and emails. Rylee was always patient and accommodating and very knowledgeable.
