Kamrin, at the Pickering branch sent the team out to measure my kitchen gave me lots of options it was very professional and save me money where she could but definitely use them again even when there was a little problems she dealt with them right away. Happy thanks kamrin.
I’ll start with the good. Our original designer was pleasant and accommodating although she made a couple of design errors which resulted in one piece of hardware not fitting and another ending in decor panels having to be a different size. The installer, James, was really good - very detail orientated and took his time to get things just so. He kept us informed of things if there was an issue. Now the not so good. As this was our first kitchen reno, Natasha our designer was FANTASTIC to work with. She was very patient, responsive and answered every question we had without hesitation. She kept us informed of the next steps from beginning to end throughout the entire process putting my mind at ease. Our Installet, Damian was equally FANTASTIC, his attention to detail and craftsmanship during the installation process were top-notch. They are both true professionals!
AVOID this company, if you value good customer service and follow up. Initially I was very pleased with my first interaction with my sales rep Natasha (Pickering location) and the instore work that was done. However, following that first interaction, my overall rating with the post sales service and follow up, diminished my rating to a zero-star rating. Our kitchen counters and back splash were installed very quickly and with very little mess. We love the look of them and recommend Rockwood Kitchens. Our designer Kamrin ensured our timeline was met and facilitated all the details and co-ordinating with the installers at every step.
