I had such a great experience at the Newmarket location of Rockwood Kitchens! I stopped in to learn more about their products and the renovation process, and I’m so glad I did. Kyra was absolutely amazing she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what felt like a complicated process so much easier to understand. I would give RockWood Kitchens zero stars if possible. Complete waste of time. Customer service is an alien term at this place. Went there today, saw one of their employees speaking with a couple, she didnt even look at me or say hello. Walked around, passed by the desk a few time, the terrible employee didnt even acknowledge my presence. I went to the Newmarket location to get a quote for a kitchen remodel, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There was one employee assisting other clients, which is understandable but what is not acceptable is standing there for 15 minutes without so much as a simple acknowledgment. I was completely ignored until I finally had to interrupt and ask if anyone could assist me or if I should come back at another time. We had our kitchen renovated in December 2024 & Kyra was our designer & was amazing from start to finish & still listens to any concerns we have. She is very pleasant & we love our kitchen! Everything was on time & she communicated with us throughout the process. We were super impressed with our installer Steven. His attention to detail was impeccable. Thank you for a beautiful kitchen!
