This was our first experience with Rockwood. We wanted to rebuild a kitchen island. From the minute we entered the Rockwood store in Newmarket/east Gwillimbury and met with Kyra our dream became a reality. Kyra was so easy to work with and her knowledge about the product and design skills were welcome. The cupboards are well made and the finish is exactly what we had envisioned. Timelines were met and install of the cupboards and counter top was seamless. We are very happy customers
We entered our journey over 3 years ago trying to plan our big renovation. This included our foyer, removing popcorn ceilings new flooring and of course our new kitchen. We were drawn to Rockwood because it was a local company. We met with Erin our designer and had some drawings prepared. After many consultations with kitchen companies and quotes we found Rockwood had the best price and service. Ann @ Rockwood was an absolute gem to deal with. From concept, to design, and everything in between plus being extremely communicative was fabulous to deal with. I never felt like a number. Steven, our installer was great as well, and answered any questions in person and dealt with everything promptly!
A big thank you to Ann and Stephen at Rockwood for my new Kitchen! It’s beautiful and they were both fantastic to deal with. We had some issues as the kitchen was a part of other simultaneous reno projects. Ann was really there for me! She was able to reconfigure and redesign at the drop of a hat and come up with new options to accommodate the evolving project.
