Worst experience ever. Rockwood had sold us on cabinets we did not want by changing the cabinet style without our acknowledgement then proceeded to delay the order by over 2 months past the schedule. When we asked for proof of the changes in writing they ignored our emails for 3 weeks. We did not want any compensation at all, we just wanted them to be exchanged and made right. They finally responded telling us they will not be exchanges the cabinets. Do not be fooled. They have terrible customer services and your better off ... read more
Terrible experience. They didn't tell us changing the colour of cabinets changed the style and then they said they couldn't do anything. Everything from the delivery to the unresponsive was terrible. Would not recommend.
Rockwood was recommended to us by our son in law because that's who he hired. So happy he did. Katia,who was our consultant was awesome. Informative, pleasant insightful. Lee, who does the templates, and the installers were great. Punctual, clean and precise. When they were finished, it was exactly what we were hoping for. I would highly, recommend them for any quartz installation. Both the countertop and the back splash look great. We'll Done. And thank-you RockWood
I went to Rockwood this past weekend to see their countertop collection. Needless to say they havd a great selection. They also have vast amount of cabinetry hardware. The prices are very competitive too. However I was most impressed by the associate Katia. She was informative patient and welcoming. I had a few questions all were answered and what she was not sure of, she said she would confirm and let me know. She reached out to me a few days later. Great customer service.
We had a long journey to get our Rockwood kitchen because we spent months making up our minds on details like appropriate cabinetry and drawer combinations, hardware, countertop colour and sink format. Katia, Rockwoods' designer, held our hands patiently and creatively every step of the way.
