I went to Rockwood this past weekend to see their countertop collection. Needless to say they havd a great selection. They also have vast amount of cabinetry hardware. The prices are very competitive too. However I was most impressed by the associate Katia. She was informative patient and welcoming. I had a few questions all were answered and what she was not sure of, she said she would confirm and let me know. She reached out to me a few days later. Great customer service.
We had a long journey to get our Rockwood kitchen because we spent months making up our minds on details like appropriate cabinetry and drawer combinations, hardware, countertop colour and sink format. Katia, Rockwoods' designer, held our hands patiently and creatively every step of the way. What a great experience through and through! I had some Rockwood kitchen cabinets and wanted to use them to build a new, larger kitchen. Van, the wonderful Rockwood kitchen designer, worked with me to come up with the perfect plan that would maximize use of the existing cabinets and minimize cost. Wow - didn't know contractors such as Rockwood existed anymore. This is coming from a former home renovator. We first met our designer after my wife saw an advertisement from them.
