Such great and nice staff and made the MRI stress free. I was able to get in earlier than my appointment time and they were prompt and able to answer all my questions!
I had a long MRI in two parts; complicating the procedure was my shoulder injury which made it difficult to lie down for lengthy periods. The staff administering the MRI were exceptionally patient and accommodating, making the process as comfortable as these things can be.
they have you arrive half hr early to fill out paper work , that has already been filled out! then you sit there and wait forever,all the time you are in pain! they are very incompetent !
I recently had a scan done and filled out paperwork to have copies made for me and the doctor requesting the scans. I specifically asked for two copies so I could send the doctor (out of state) one. Rockwood ASSURED me the copy would be sent to the doctor and I didn't need to worry about it. 4 weeks later I have my copy but the doctor does not. And the only way I found that out was to call the doctor. When I called Rockwood to verify they sent the scan, they could not and that to me, is completely unacceptable. You promise s... read more
