Rockwood Homes are by far our favorite build in Clarksville. We just closed on our home last week and we are loving every bit of it. The builder Shawn, his crew Kelsey, Rene, Thomas, Chris, Alex and others I know I'm missing are the most professional, friendliest, supportive builder/crew we've encountered and we have other properties in town. I’m a local Realtor in Clarksville and met the builder of Rockwood Homes back in 2021 when the real estate market was *wild.* He didn’t take advantage, was so fair, and sold multiple homes to my buyers with great terms that were a win-win. One client had a warranty item come up regarding the HVAC right outside the warranty window; but the team still came out and fixed it.
