Thrilled with this company! When my garage door jamed and wouldn't close, I was able to get same day appointment to come out. Great customer service. I believe it was Mathew that came out. Very friendly, knowledgeable, shared different options and had it fixed in no time. I would definitely recommend and use again this company! Thank you very much!
I had an excellent experience with Rockwood Garage Doors. They were very consultative in helping me get to my final choice providing me with lots of options and answering me very quickly on any questions which helped me make my decision. I had another door supplier as a good alternative but they didn't provide the same degree of consultation and were more of a cookie cutter sales model and I appreciated the time that Rockwood spent educating me including mocking up, using a picture of my house, what my exact door would look ... read more
