Was a great experience to deal with Rockwood Garage Doors, I needed some service done to replace the weather stripping on the base of the garage door customer service at head office to service tech matt explained all the regular maintenance that needs to be done and made sure all was in working order. I highly recommend them and why not support a local family business.
Matt is the technician that I dealt with at Rockwood. He came out to assess a potential install of a new set of garage door openers. He was absolutely fantastic and was able to solve my issue in a matter of minutes. He was Extremely friendly, professional, and obviously helpful. Rickwood garage did a great job on our garage door. We had already installed our front door and needed a perfect match for our garage door. Rockwood garage came through very professional from the beginning and well organized.
