My family has been coming to this clinic for over 10 years. The professionalism and service from Dr. Ho and his team is top notch. The clinic is spotless, modern, and the atmosphere is very calming. Dr. Ho is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the procedure to myself as well as my kids (22, 10 and 4), making sure I was comfortable throughout. I’ve been to a lot of different dental offices and can’t say that i’ve met more pleasant and kind people than the ones at Rockwood Dental. Claire was kind and understanding of my dental anxiety and the Dentist filling in for Dr.Ho was incredible. The people here are thorough and evidently amazing at what they do. A million thank you’s to the staff.
Had a great experience at Ridge Square dental. The staff are very friendly and Dr. Reem is kind and she explains everything clearly and answers all my questions.
They charged me extra money again after benefits for my kid's regular teeth cleaning. No extra service because her teeth were nice and clean. Got no x-ray and no fluoride. They told me they used an extra unit of time, but they couldn't articulate why. ( I noticed that some negative reviews are deleted from their page).
