Literally the worst place to live in. If you get a 2 bedroom they "don't have enough parking spaces" to give you, 2 spaces for a 2 bedroom right?. Seems pretty standard right? Management is terrible as well. They don't do anything. And I mean ANYTHING besides be available to take your money or signatures. They have these things called Zark parking spaces that you need to pay for daily to essentially be able to park closer. Worst experience ever! Don't waste your time here!
I am not completely happy here. Due to management alone. The communication is not good and the follow up on problems are not delivered.
By Far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Rockwood deserves No- Stars. Management is terrible. They are just there to collect a paycheck. This apartment seems like a diamond in the rough. However it is the complete opposite. My family and I moved in for a short term lease. Everything seemed normal and we were all in. Upon employment verification the length of time dragged on. It is true just got scammed out of my money just trying to get more information to potentially move-in. I applied 3 times on separate apps. They still call and ask for the same information giving 72 hour deadlines. Constantly saying leasing an apartment is not guaranteed. Even after they extract money from your account as a holding fee. It is clear no apartments are available and they are just racking up application fee.
