Honestly, looking at the reviews, I thought I’d give this place a chance and go check it out. The property looked fine but the staff here is just miserable. Don’t answer calls, rude, very unprofessional & liars. When I applied for the application, it was one price and then couple days later. I haven't had a working sink in my unit in weeks. My bathroom sink has been leaking for 3 weeks and my kitchen sink filled up with dirty water from the dishwasher and has been clogged for weeks. Despite placing service requests, calling the office and visiting in person, no one has been by to fix any sink because service requests are based on priority and a leak is not considered priority here at Rockwood. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional experience. I had been interested in this location for quite some time and finally decided to stop by in person for information since my calls were never returned. I’m honestly unsure why “Now Leasing” signs are posted if potential applicants are not welcomed or properly assisted.
