I have lived at Rockwood at the Cascades for over five years, and the biggest issue is that management and maintenance constantly try to blame residents for normal wear-and-tear problems instead of taking responsibility. On the surface, they sometimes put on a “customer-service smile,” but when real issues come up, their true colors show—defensiveness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of accountability. I moved in about a month ago , all I gotta say is that for such a lovely looking place , some of the neighbors are quite messy, there should be atleast some garbage cans on the paths instead of those huge ones, it would be more convenient to the people living there in general
Just moved in. The "Emergency Maintenance Line" goes to Voicemail. It's Sunday and instead of enjoying it I am scooping dirty backup water from my kitchen sink I believe to be caused by upstairs neighbors dumping food and oil to prevent flooding. It's not worth the 3k+ they want, maybe about 2500 since you will likely have your own story about the headache you experienced here. Man I wish I could put a zero for this place but simply put if youre looking for a place to live and find this one just avoid it. I finally moved out and of course they took my entire security deposit and expect more money. Other than that if you still want to live here expect long wait times for any repairs, loud neighbors, scrappy management that do little or find another person for you to contact, and if you have more than one vehicle have fun with trying to find parking.
