I'm honestly surprised this company is still in business. I have used them twice. The first time they moved me was on a Saturday morning and one of the men showed up hungover from the night before. He worked for about two hours, then dropped one of my kitchen boxes, marked fragile, while putting it in the truck. He spent the rest of the morning asleep in the front of the moving truck, so they had to work the rest of the day one man down. I later unpacked the box to find my brand new coffee pot was broken. Bottom line up front: this company is run by swindlers. Do not let them in your home. The crew showed up on time, and that's where the good vibes stopped. The "boss" told me that any item over 250 lbs would be an additional $100.00. Of course, I was surprised since the "No hidden fees!" is what drew me to the company in the first place, a promise that was reiterated to me by the young lady that arranged the appointment. Arrived two hours late in truck half the size required making a two trip day ending close to midnight. After dark the movers threw my belongings into the woods instead of the truck. Movers were recently released from local prison, stole all the money I had when I was in another part of the house. Donny Rockwell blew me off when I called for help, asked how he was supposed to supervise all 25 of his guys over a phone.
