I recently had the misfortune of patronizing Rockwell Tharp at their home location in Sandestin Florida. I must say it was the most unpleasant boutique small business experience I've ever had. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the owners was simply appalling. From the moment I entered the premises, I was greeted with disdainful looks and a complete lack of courtesy.
