ROCKWELL SENIORS, INC. IS A RIP OFF! The woman (named Patricia Morris - 954-296-5455) that runs this facility is a crook, she will find any loop hole in the contract to not pay you back your deposit. The staff is not trained properly, the units are not up to par; the residents are not fed nutritional meals. This place is RIP OFF and offers TERRIBLE living conditions! Please Share so that everyone in South Florida knows to not put their loved one in this facility in Coconut Creek or Boca.
My mom has been living here for the past 4 years. She is very happy, comfortable and well taken care of. The staff are very nice, pleasant and knowledgeable when it comes to the residents conditions. I am happy i chose this place and i will recommend anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one to join.
