Clean facility, helpful staff.
Awesome!
The facilities are new and nice, easily accessible, and conveniently located. No complaints there. However, they charge hidden fees. In this instance, Rockwell calls the made-up fee an "insurance policy," and, for my unit, it added $180 a year to the advertised cost of the unit. I sent them multiple emails declining the made-up insurance policy, noting that my homeowner's policy covers my personal property stored in the unit, and that, in either instance, I did not want to insure the items stored.
