great staff and facility
If I could give 0 stars I would. I flew in from Texas to move my stuff out of my friends storage unit at Rockwell and to get one of my own. When I got there to move it nobody was there to help set me up even though I was there at a time the office should have been open so I had to come back the next day and the lady was so unhelpful and rude. She couldn’t figure out how to get me the correct pricing so we sat there for an hour and a half trying to get a unit for me and she wanted me to pay a higher price because she didn’t w... read more
