Mary ruined my hair! Went here with my daughter and I had a level3/4 dark brown and asked for a balayage she gave me some chunky looking highlights with ORANGE BRASS ANS RED! I asked for blonde! Ashy… she told me she’s a master colorist!!! WHERE?! I know a master colorist… this ISNT A MASTER COLORIST! RUN! Do not waste your time, money or your hair here!!!!
The stylists here are excellent. For a while, I went elsewhere because the other salon was just down the street from the place of my employment. Big mistake: the haircuts made me look like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber. So, back to Rockwell Salon and Andi's excellent service. When it comes to haircuts and styles, Rockwell Salon is excellent.
Very upset with the service I received from Caitlin. I spent over $400 for what was supposed to be a bayalage look and the highlights shouldve been blended to where there wasnt a harsh line of growth. She explained via messaging and in person that the way she was blending my hair I wouldnt need to come back for 3-4 months because of her technique.
