I’ve seen a few negative reviews about Rockwell Place, and while I understand everyone’s experience is unique, mine has been absolutely wonderful. I moved here while preparing to leave for law school, looking for something safe, comfortable, and closer to family. I would say that I am absolutely high-maintenance when it comes to where I live, however, Rockwell Place has absolutely exceeded my expectations. I've lived at this complex long enough to witness repeated and concerning signs of unfair treatment from the property management. Certain renters are allowed to ride four-wheelers around the complex, creating constant noise disturbances and safety issues, while others are expected to follow stricter rules. There’s clearly a double standard in how rules are enforced. I recently moved into Rockwell Place Apartments and I can confidently say it has exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the clubhouse, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made the entire application process seamless.The amenities here are absolutely top-notch! Top notch! Beautiful apartment. Pool and workout room are awesome. Brand new appliances. No issues other than the water is Luke warm for showering and washing dishes. Gotta put in a maintenance call.
