I've lived at this complex long enough to witness repeated and concerning signs of unfair treatment from the property management. Certain renters are allowed to ride four-wheelers around the complex, creating constant noise disturbances and safety issues, while others are expected to follow stricter rules. I recently moved into Rockwell Place Apartments and I can confidently say it has exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the clubhouse, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made the entire application process seamless.The amenities here are absolutely top-notch! Top notch! Beautiful apartment. Pool and workout room are awesome. Brand new appliances. No issues other than the water is Luke warm for showering and washing dishes. Gotta put in a maintenance call.
Priced way to high for what you're getting.
Lived at sister property before, management and staff are great. Can’t beat the location!! Mykaela toured me and did a great job and knows the property very well. And Allison, the manager is always amazing!
