Rockwell does the bare minimum and they don’t do it well. Every house I’ve ever done landscaping on has terrible builder grades that make neighbors resort to damming their fence line with dirt and rocks and installing intricate French drain systems just so the water stays away from the home. They build way too fast and have no regard for the families or contractors that are left piecing together the half of a house they built.
