Thank you to Chris at Rockwell for answering the phone on a holiday Monday in August! I had family visiting and our A/C went down in the middle of a heat wave! After sending him a bunch of photos, Chris very kindly talked our son through unblocking a hose and we were cool again! Thank you so much for saving the day when you could have just ignored the call. That’s the kind of business I would always want to deal with.

First Contactor located in Embrun to give an honest quote over the phone which was half the price with better products than most others. Most other Mechanical Contractors are snakes who will take advantage of Customers at their first available chance. Surprisingly fast professional clean install of my new gas furnace. Lifetime guarantee as well and licensed tag required for my Home Insurance Company. Will get this Contractor to replace my gas hot water tank when the time arrives. Highly recommended. Thank you again guys.

Chris and Junior installed my daughter's air conditioning unit today and we couldn't be happier with the service. They were very knowledgable and so pleasant to deal with. Chris and Team Rockwell are experienced and conscientious. Had the pleasure of watching the team install install a furnace and heat pump for me. As well, installing a new furnace for a friend whose unit gave up the first cold snap of the winter. Mr. Rockwell and his staff are attentive to details big and small. They are a small company — but HUGE on giving timely and personalized customer service. Totally recommend anyone with heating, air conditioning, or heat pump needs to contact Rockwell Heating for a quote.
