Dr Rockwell and his staff were outstanding, caring, and compassionate. Dr Rockwell is treating my child for an injury. He was very informative and spent the time needed to explain the injury and the treatment plan for everyone to understand. His CMA was friendly and extremely helpful! I definitely would recommend Dr Rockwell at Emerge Ortho-Porter's Neck.
I saw Dr. Rockwell 4 years ago! I had so bad knee pain! They did my x-ray and we decided to go with the lubricant shot and it works! Still working!!! He is so great and so knowledgeable! Pays so much attention to his patient! He remembers me from my first visit!!! The office tried to send me to another doctor ( Dr. Marr), what the terrible experience! Without going into reason how I came to see Dr. Rockwell the after math was not pleasant . I feel that he is the most condescending physician I have been to. I felt rushed throughout the appointment and once he learned that I was in the medical field and knew what he was talking about he started treating me like a person and not a number. I will not be going back
So today after an hour of getting two little ones ready and myself… Driving from piney green... I show up to an appointment that was ***confirmed for today with Dr. Rockwell, only to find out at CHECK IN that Dr. Rockwell would not see me any longer. Granted I had missed two appointments back to back. I'm January 31 my grandmother who is in hospice was given hours to live... being I'm from Pennsylvania we immediately hopped into the car to try to get back for last goodbyes.
