RUDE staff member in the Bala Cynwyd Office Pauline specifically. Pauline intentionally hung up on me when, I called to reschedule an appointment. She yelled and accused me of hanging up on her when, I called to cancel the initial appointment. Someone with that attitude should not be answering phones.

As a patient of Dr. Gittens, I can attest that he is a most excellent Urologist using the most cutting edge, state of the art techniques and treatment modalities. I saw him for a very unusual medical condition that was considered untreatable by the other professionals I saw. He is a polite, empathic and exceptionally skilled professional.

Dr. Gittens is the absolute best! He is kind, warm and spends a lot of time answering my questions. The MonaLisa Touch laser treatment has changed my life for the better!
