Exceptional gym, has IPF approved equipment and everything you need for a solid workout! Definitely recommend it! The Owner was nice and welcoming and for a 20$ day pass it's an absolute no brainer for a powerlifter in the city. Big thanks had the best time working out there.

Reading the other reviews Rockwell Barbell I couldn’t agree more: Any kind of bar you need or want: check Open squat racks and benches: check A welcoming community: check Personal training: check. I’ve worked with the trainer TJ Shliff for the past 6 months. My results have been incredible. +60 lbs on the bench. +100 lbs on squat. TJ is incredibly knowledgeable and has seen it all. The programming is spot on and he is a great communicator/ teacher/ motivator.

The gym is organized, clean and has great equipment. Everyone is friendly, which makes it a great place to train whether you’re experienced or just getting started. Lawerence is super helpful getting you set up with a membership and explaining how to use all the equipment. Highly recommend Katie as a trainer! She taught me so much about proper lifting technique and I came away with a much better understanding of lifting and more confidence in the gym. Great neighborhood barbell gym!! dropped in to do my Olympic Weightlifting program - they have one platform, nice 15kg bars, kilo bumper plates, and squat racks that are very available (and all the free weight/accessory equipment you could possibly need). Lawrence was super friendly and helpful, and the community was very welcoming. Great spot for a powerlifter or Olympic weightlifter to drop in when visiting the area.
