I called them today to ask for help with a problem about my amplifier and the man i connected with was amazing, he told me everything i need to know and was very happy to help, he showed me the exact things i need to buy and i was very very pleased with his customer service. I am so disappointed with "Rockwell" after obtaining years of services and referring others to "Rockwell" I no longer have confidence and trust in the services. In which has changed my review of ever making recomendations. I placed an order in the store for a car atenna. I was told that I had to pay up front, before the order could be placed. Awesome place friendly
Bought Rockford fosgate p3 10 with the built-in amp walkout no install. I installed it with the kit purchased from them aswell and everything was fine for the first 3 months then to speaker started losing power and would lose partial sound. After troubleshooting and checking all connections, I learned that they would work correctly when it was sitting upright but not in a laying position.
